Email Templates
The wording of every email Zetect sends. Templates support variables so messages can carry user- and request-specific detail.
How to use it
- Open Configuration → Email Templates.
- Select a template such as ACCOUNT_PROVISIONED.
- Edit the subject and body, inserting variables where needed.
- Save. The next matching event uses the new wording.
Field reference
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Template key | Identifies the event, for example ACCOUNT_PROVISIONED or PASSWORD_RESET. |
| Variables | Placeholders such as {{firstName}} or {{accountCredential}}, substituted when the message is sent. |
